Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. softened light margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. scalded milk
    3 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in a large bowl.
    Stir in sugar, salt, butter and egg.
    Add milk, stirring well.
    Add flour; stir well. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk.
    Punch dough down and turn out on a lightly floured board. Roll and cut rolls.
    Place in pan.
    Brush lightly with melted margarine.
    Let rise until double in bulk (about 45 minutes). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until lightly browned.
    Makes about 20 rolls.
