Baked Chicken Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pieces chicken breast
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. margarine
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Dip chicken in milk (1/2 cup).
    Roll in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Melt margarine in 13 x 9-inch pan in oven.
    Put chicken in pan, skin side down.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, turn chicken.
    Mix soup, 3/4 cup evaporated milk and water.
    Pour around chicken.
    Bake 30 minutes longer or until tender.
    Stir gravy.
