Peanut Butter Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
4 1/2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. syrup

Preparation

Combine sugar, salt, and syrup.
Add milk; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Cook to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and butter (to taste).
Let cool to lukewarm. Add vanilla; beat until thick.
Pour in pan and cut.
