Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Oil
    2 tsp. Baking Soda
    3 tsp. Cinnamon
    3 c. Grated Carrots
    1 c. Nuts
    2 c. Sugar
    1 tsp. Salt
    4 Whole Eggs
    2 c. Flour
    1 c. Raisins
Preparation
    Cream the eggs and sugar.
    Add the oil, carrots, raisins and nuts.
    Sift together the dry ingredients and combine everything. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
