Coney Island Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
8 oz. can tomato sauce
chili powder to taste
ground cumin to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Brown beef slowly, breaking with fork until very fine.
Add water, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin and salt and simmer over low heat about 10 minutes or until mixture is well blended.
Serve over hot dogs.
