Cauliflower And Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cauliflower, broken into flowerets
    1 lb. broccoli, broken into flowerets
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 red onion, sliced and rings separated
    3/4 c. celery, sliced
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small jar chopped pimento
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients and set aside.
    Combine oil and next five ingredients, whisking until dressing homogenizes.
    Pour over vegetables and toss to coat well.
    With a slotted spoon, mound on Boston lettuce or curly endive.
    Garnish with chopped pimento.
    This also looks pretty in a crystal bowl with the pimento mixed into the salad.
