Margaret'S Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cornmeal (yellow preferred)
1/2 c. plain flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 beaten eggs
1 c. cream-style corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation

Beat
all
ingredients together well, adding sour cream last. Bake
at
450\u00b0 for about 20 minutes in a buttered, deep casserole, about 2 1/2 quarts.
Serves 6 to 8.
