Breakfast Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    10 slices dry bread, cubed
    3 c. milk
    2 c. shredded cheese
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    8 eggs
Preparation
    In a large skillet, brown sausage and drain.
    In large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add sausage and rest of ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
