Deviled Crab Cakes(Makes 6 To 8 Cakes) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
1 stalk celery, minced
1 medium onion, minced
1 piece bread, crumbled
2 eggs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

In a large skillet, melt butter; saute until tender the celery, onions, garlic and dry spices.
In a large bowl, combine crabmeat (carefully remove all shell particles), bread crumbs, eggs, mustard and Tabasco sauce.
Mix well.
Turn up skillet and add crab mixture; stir until egg starts to cook and remove from heat.
Chill for 2 hours.
