Stir-Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    2 zucchini, thinly sliced
    10 mushrooms, thinly sliced
    1 red pepper, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    4 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    6 spears broccoli, cut into flowerets
    1/2 lb. fresh pea pods
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    In large skillet or wok, heat olive oil.
    Add all the vegetables; cook until almost done.
    Add sugar; toss.
    Add soy sauce; toss.
    Vegetables should be done by now.
    To serve, place on platter.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
