Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
1 (8 oz.) bag slightly crushed Doritos
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients, except Doritos chips and cheese. Cover the bottom of a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish with 1 cup Doritos chips.
Layer in order: 1/2 chicken mixture and 1/3 of cheese.
Repeat, ending with Doritos, topped with cheese. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
