Cherry Waldorf Jello - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. cold water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

In medium bowl, dissolve Jell-O with boiling water.
Add cold water and lemon juice.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in apples, celery and pecans.
Pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold or 9-inch square baking pan.
Serve on lettuce.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
