Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 1/8 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Blend well with mixer.
Pour immediately into an 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch greased pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
