Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    kosher salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water in bowl.
    Add salt, sugar and flour. (If sticky, add flour; if dry, add water.)
    Make 8 balls from dough.
    Roll into long strips and shape into pretzels.
    Brush with beaten egg.
    Sprinkle with kosher salt.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
