Ingredients

1 pt. milk
4 egg whites and yolks, beaten separately
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
Preparation

Sift flour and baking powder together.
Ingredients should be mixed very smooth, about the consistency of cream. Bake in two shallow pans which have been greased with drippings from the roast.
Send to the table hot to be served with roast beef.
