Italian Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 onion
    1 lb. Mozzarella or Farmers cheese
    1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta
    2 tsp. (rounded) dried onion soup
    1 pkg. jumbo shells (pasta)
    2 c. prepared tomato sauce
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown chopped onion in 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
    Add hamburger and brown until most liquid is evaporated.
    While cooling, boil the pasta shells until cooked.
    Drain and run cold water over them while in the colander.
    Mix the cheeses in with the cooked hamburger, as well as the dried soup.
