Grilled Fish With Vegetable Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton Vegetable Recipe soup mix
    1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. brandy or sherry
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 halibut, cod, swordfish, salmon or shark steaks (about 2 lb., 1/2-inch thick)
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    With mixer, blend soup mix, butter, brandy and ginger.
    Turn onto wax paper and shape into an 8 x 2-inch log.
    Wrap in plastic wrap on wax paper; chill until firm.
