Clams Linguini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 cans clams and juice
linguini
3 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add lemon juice and pepper.
Stir in clams and juice.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add 3 tablespoons chopped parsley; serve over hot linguini.
One can shrimp and some tiny scallops may be added with clams, if desired.
