Bologna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 lb. beef
1 tsp. saltpeter
1 1/2 pt. salt
7 Tbsp. pepper
1 lb. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cloves (scant)
2 qt. molasses
Preparation
-
Spread pieces of bread on cookie sheet.
Fill with your favorite pizza fillings.
A slice of pork roll, pizza sauce and cheese, or ground beef (fried), pizza sauce and cheese, etc.
Pop in oven and toast until hot.
If you like this bread real toasty, add cheese after bread is toasted, then pop in oven to melt cheese.
