Ingredients

1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans, walnuts or Brazil nuts)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light.
Add flour to butter mixture and add nuts.
Roll into balls size of small walnut and flatten slightly on a greased baking sheet.
Refrigerate until firm, then bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until done. Cool on cookie rack.
Sift with confectioners sugar, if desired.
