Pansy'S Chicken Enchilada - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 can celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. flour tortillas
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done; drain and chop.
    Layer tortillas in bottom of large
    baking pan.
    Combine soup, peppers, salt and pepper in mixing bowl.
    Saute garlic, onions and celery, then mix with soup mixture.
    Add chicken and spread over tortillas.
    Cover top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
