Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 small bottles red food coloring
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar, soda and vinegar and beat well.
    Add oil and flour alternately until all has been added.
    Blend in buttermilk. Add vanilla and food coloring.
    Pour into three 9-inch cake pans and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until done, approximately 20 minutes.
