Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. bread cubes
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. cubed cheese
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Put in heavy baking dish.
    Top with strips of cheese.
    Mix other half of tomato soup with 1/4 cup water. Pour over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to an hour.
