Seven Layered Mexican Appetizer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans bean dip
3 to 4 ripe avocados
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. taco mix
2 small cans ripe olives, chopped
3 to 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 to 2 green onions, chopped (including tops)
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

In an 8 x 8-inch serving dish, layer ingredients in the following order:
Spread bean dip on bottom of dish, mash avocados and add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Mix sour cream with taco seasoning and layer on top of avocado mixture.
Top with olives, onions, tomatoes and grated cheese.
Serve with tortilla chips for dipping.
