Busy Day Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 cut up fryer
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 cans water
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Scatter rice on bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay pieces of chicken on top of rice.
    Combine soup with water; pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Uncover the last 20 minutes to allow chicken to brown.
