Pineapple Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can pineapple, drained
    3 slices bread, cubed
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt butter in pan; set aside.
    Mix rest of ingredients; pour into pan with butter.
    Sprinkle cinnamon, a tablespoon sugar and pecans on top.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
