Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sliced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix eggs, sugar and oil well.
Sift and add the flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Stir well.
Add sliced apples and chopped nuts.
Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serve with a scoop of ice cream topped with sauce.
