Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk or tomato juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
    Pack firmly into an ungreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
