Baked Chinese Noodles And Oysters(Oysters, Oriental) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. egg noodles
    1 pt. oysters (fresh, preferred)
    1 (4 oz.) can water chestnuts
    1 small can bean sprouts
    1 c. chopped cashew nuts
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. minced onions
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 can Chinese (chow mein) noodles
Preparation
    Drain liquid from the water chestnuts and the bean sprouts and add to the salted water in which the egg noodles are being cooked. Cook egg noodles as directed on the package.
    Drain.
    Place layer of egg noodles in bottom of a buttered 2-quart casserole dish. Cover with 1/3 of the oysters.
