Crock-Pot Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chuck roast, cut into 4-inch chunks
    onions
    green peppers
    fennel seed
    4 to 5 cloves garlic
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
    basil or Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot.
    Cook on low approximately 6 to 7 hours.
    When done, flake meat apart and stir. Serve on hard rolls with Mozzarella cheese.
    Tastes just like the beef sandwiches at Portillo's.
    Great and easy for the working mom.
