Vogler Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (14 oz.) bottles Heinz catsup
    2 qt. water
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    3/4 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. steak sauce
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 1/2 tsp. celery seed
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    fresh ground pepper
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large pot.
    Simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours; cool.
    After cooking brisket, slice 1/2 to 1-inch thick. Pour sauce over meat; place in heavy-duty foil before adding sauce.
    Wrap securely; place on low coals for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve.
