Herbed Chicken With Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 stalks celery, cut in 1-inch pieces
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1 medium tomato, cut into 8 pieces
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, cut up
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil or marjoram leaves
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 chicken breasts, split in half
seasoned salt
Preparation

Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
In 8-inch square grill safe baking dish, combine celery, mushrooms, tomato, butter, salt, basil and pepper.
Stir.
Place dish on cooking grid.
Arrange chicken bone side down on cooking grid beside vegetables. Sprinkle chicken with seasoned salt.
Grill at medium with hood closed for 5 minutes.
Turn chicken over and sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Stir vegetables.
Grill with hood closed for 5 minutes longer.
Arrange chicken on vegetables.
Cover.
Bake using indirect medium heat with hood closed until meat near the bone no longer is pink, about 40 minutes.
Serves 4.
