Lite Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. water
    3 eggs, separated yolks and whites
    3/4 c. sugar (or less)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    9-inch baked pie shell
Preparation
    Simmer raisins and water 5 to 7 minutes.
    Beat egg yolks, sugar and flour until light and creamy.
    Carefully and slowly add to raisins.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until filling thickens, 4 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add margarine and cool slightly. Pour into shell.
