Pink Vodka Sauce For Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. butter
1 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. vodka
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1 onion
Preparation

Saute onion in olive oil and butter until transparent.
Add tomatoes and simmer for approximately 25 minutes on low heat.
Add cream, vodka and red pepper.
Heat until warm; do not bring to a boil.
Serve over your favorite pasta.
