Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    15 3/4 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 pt. half and half
    seeds from 1/2 vanilla bean (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light. Add sugar and vanilla and beat well. Pour egg mixture and all other ingredients into a 1 gallon freezer and freeze.
    Makes about 1/2 gallon.
