Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 c. white flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon or 1/4 tsp. ginger + 1/8 tsp. cloves or 1/2 tsp. allspice + 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Mix oil and sugar well; add applesauce and mix in the dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Pour into a greased and floured 8-inch cake pan or Bundt pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes until done, slightly longer if in loaf pan.
