Tomatoes Stuffed With Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium ripe tomatoes
    1 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 sweet pickle, chopped
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
    olives
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, salt, pickle, and mayonnaise; chill. Cut tops off of tomatoes.
    Scoop a little of the centers out.
    Cut 6 slices almost through tomatoes.
    Spread into flower shape, and place on lettuce.
    Stuff with chicken salad.
    Garnish with sliced eggs and olives.
