Mexican Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. broiler chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    canola oil
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Mash garlic and 1/2 teaspoon of salt until pasty.
    Rub chicken with mixture.
    Arrange chicken in a shallow dish and sprinkle with lime juice and onion.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, turning meat occasionally.
    Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry.
