Spicy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (hot)
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Grate
    cheese;\tcombine with Bisquick and sausage.
    Mix well; add hot sauce and black pepper.
    Mix thoroughly (mixture is stiff).
    Pinch
    off
    quarter
    size pieces; roll into balls. Do not flatten.
    Place
    on
    ungreased
    baking sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 approximately 15 minutes or until brown.
