Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 eggs
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Combine the sugar, cooking oil and eggs.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda.
    Add to combined mixture, 1/2 cup at a time.
    Mix well.
    Then add carrots.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
