Shrimp And Scallops Stroganoff - cooking recipe

1 lb. large shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. mushrooms
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 envelope chicken bouillon
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 pkg. egg noodles, cooked
Preparation

About 45 minutes before serving, shell and devein shrimp. Rinse with running cold water.
Pat shrimp and scallops dry. Slice mushrooms.
In a 12-inch skillet over medium heat and in 2 tablespoons butter, cook shrimp and scallops, stirring frequently, until shrimp turn pink and scallops are tender.
Remove to a bowl.
