Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. apricot jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple (big can)
2 envelopes Dream Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine jello and sugar. Dissolve in water. Add pineapple (undrained). Let start to jell in fridge for 15 minutes. Whip topping according to directions. Add softened cream cheese. Mix. Fold in jello mixture. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle pecans over the top.
