Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cream cheese
5 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
pinch of salt
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
Preparation

Place all ingredients in mixing bowl, one at a time, while the mixer is on. Butter a 10-inch spring-form pan and dust with graham cracker crumbs.
Pour cheesecake mixture into pan and bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Do not open door!
Let cool in oven for 1 hour with door ajar.
