Sausage Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 slices bread, crusts removed and spread with margarine, cubed
    1 lb. bulk cooked sausage, crumbled and drained
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    7 to 8 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    In a 3-quart casserole dish place the bread and top with sausage and cheese.
    In a medium bowl, combine the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard, beating well. Pour the mixture over the casserole and refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serves 12.
