Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. carrots
Preparation
    Mix together sugar and oil; add eggs and beat well.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture.
    Add grated carrots. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Ice with whipped cream.
