Chicken Kelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
2 to 3 eggs, beaten
2 c. breadcrumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fresh mushrooms
6 slices Muenster cheese
1 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Marinate chicken in eggs for 2 hours in refrigerator.
Combine breadcrumbs, salt, parsley and garlic powder in plastic bag. Shake chicken in breadcrumbs and brown in oil.
Drain and place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover with a layer of mushrooms and layer of cheese and top with chicken broth.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
This can be made ahead of time, but do not pour chicken broth on until just before baking.
Yield: 6 servings.
