Bratwurst With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fully cooked bratwurst
    2 large potatoes, pared and diced
    1 c. water or beef broth
    2 apples, pared and diced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Place bratwurst, potatoes and water into wide skillet or saute pan and simmer until water evaporates and the potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
    Add apples to pan.
