Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

Sift flour and soda together; add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake in a greased, floured 9 X 13 pan for 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Spread frosting on warm cake.
