Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shortening
    approximately 3 c. very warm water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except water.
    Add water, just to gather flour mixture together.
    Knead dough; do not overwork dough.
    Take small balls of dough and roll out.
    Place on heated griddle.
    Cook on each side for approximately 2 minutes, or until it is golden color.
