Crab Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1 c. (1/2 lb.) crab meat
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. half and half
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until golden and soft.
    Spoon alternate layers of crab, cheese and onion/celery into pie shell. Beat together eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
    Pour into filled pastry shell.
    Bake in hot oven at 400\u00b0 until firm, approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
